At Lcille Trips, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process. Please review the following policy to understand your options.

Return Time Frame
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 7-day window. Please include your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos of the item (if applicable). Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to our facility.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original form of communication used to initiate the order confirmation. Since we operate on a cash-on-delivery basis, refunds may be issued as a store credit or alternative arrangement agreed upon via email.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as final sale or clearance

• Used, damaged, or altered products not due to our fault

• Products returned after the 7-day window

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with supporting images. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
